Poker chips?

It's tru it's for the Euro Clay Carnival, but these are not my poker chips. Mine are ready, but you won't see them before everyone.

So if these aren't my chips, what are they? Well a tiny present for our sweet teachers and the adorable Helen that has been dealing with everything from the start. And this also answers the question :"what are you going to do with your kilometers of "Manga" cane? (Thanks for your sweet coms)

As for the chips, I will show you them when I come back....Patience, but now, I'm in hurry.... I've got a plane to take!

Manga!

What I love in Mangas is the eyes. They are always so expressives. I also like the color of their hair. Who could walk out with green or purple hair? Not me!

So I got lauched into a "Manga" cane and it was way longer than my last "face" cane... 11 hours of work on this one! But maybe the use of 1kg800 is the reason.

So I started with a picture found on the net :

Sweet? And I got to this :

and this :

Yep! The mouth didn't reduce right, it was made with an older and harder clay. But what could have been a catastrophe ended out to be an advantage. Instead of having one "Manga" cane, I have different "Manga" canes with different appealing expressions. Never fear the reduction!

At the end I have 1kg100 of canes and the leftovers, but they will be used later, as you know there is no waste with fimo before curing. On the other hand, I will hush up the arm ache I had in the middle of the night. Thank you, Oh force reduction!!!

Thanks to you

Your advices and help, your kindness enabled me to achieve my second "glass tree". It's like I wanted, light and sober, clever and practical. Judge for yourselves :

The small dragonflies are of different colors so each one can recognize his glass after having put it down. They are fixed on the flowers (orchids) with a game of magnets so you can take it of before washing. Their wings are made with liquid Kato clay and inks.

A great thanks to all of you for your wonderful ideas that led me.
