Pencil box
Ok, I see you want more bracelets... well...no! Back to objects. Why? Well because my shelves are litteraly overloaded with "things to cover" and that my good resolutions for the new year include emptying my shelves.
But I promise I'll come back....with new bracelets.
In the meanwhile, here is a pencil box or maybe I could use it to store my blades...?!

At last!
Had many things to do and prepare lately and didn't show you any of my work, since....
So here you go, all messed around : shinny earrings made a few months ago
A vase made last week-end for the Fair. I love the contrast between the two surfaces.
A clock inspired by a painting I saw monday when I was wondering around to empty my head of this week-end (I aften need to do that after a fair). I love it's raw side...(Am I getting freeky?)
And now it's really time to get back to my order....bye bye!

A turn
Some of you noticed that my work has changed in a certain manner since I came back from the Euro Clay Carnival in Nottingham this summer. I hadn't realized, but it triggered something in my mind and the manner I work evolved insidiously. This showed on my last bracelets mostly.
Lately I saw that I would be missing lamps for the Arts and Craft Fair next week-end and had to make new ones. Well, on the lamps too it shows, just couldn't make them as I used to, had to adapt them to my new ideas and work directions.
So I gave birth to a new lamp yesterday, but the colors don't contrast enough to me...
And a second new born today that suits me far better. Others will come up in the next days... No I didn't forget the second part of my order, but I still have time before the dead-end (early november).

Thanks to you
Your advices and help, your kindness enabled me to achieve my second "glass tree". It's like I wanted, light and sober, clever and practical. Judge for yourselves :
The small dragonflies are of different colors so each one can recognize his glass after having put it down. They are fixed on the flowers (orchids) with a game of magnets so you can take it of before washing. Their wings are made with liquid Kato clay and inks.
A great thanks to all of you for your wonderful ideas that led me.

Thank you all
First a great THANKS to all for your advices, remarks, help concerning the flute tree. It's coming up but not finished yet. I will show it soon.
I'm very busy for the moment as I will be, as the last past three years, present at the Fair called "Artisanales Médiévales" in Angles sur l'Anglin. So lots of work, assembling to do before the week-end of the 14th of July. If you happen to be close to this very beautiful village, don't hesitate to come say hello. I'll be very happy to meet you there.
Until then, let me show you a mirror done a little time ago.
Once more a great thanks for your friendship.

I need your help
Ok, I've covered my second flute set a few days ago, but I'm stuck with the way to cover the flutes now. The first ones were covered with flower cannes, but these should be light, very light and I am hesitating.
As you have been many to encourage me with your comments, I thought you were the right persons to ask advise to.
So here are photos of the base, I'll be waiting for your suggestions.
Thank your for your help.

Flûte...
A few weeks ago I bought this :
As soon as I saw it, I knew what I wanted to make of it. Because of the toughness of the project, I put it aside during long days... But two days ago, I said to myself : " When you gotta go, you gotta go! And I started working.
Two days and 300 gr of clay later, here is what it looks like, and I am very happy because it's exactly what I had in mind.
A few details
I was so happy that I ran to the shop to buy the two last pieces they had in order to do it again.

Fusion
This post is an echo to Domi's to show you my last tests transformed in hair clips.
See how two different persons working with the same materials can come out with two different results! We will continue searching and when the results are what we are looking for...maybe a tutorial..
